Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and tours offered by Split Boat Travel (“we”, “us”), operating from Split, Croatia. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and our Cancellation Policy.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you pay the required deposit through our checkout. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before departure. Prices, durations, and inclusions are as shown on the tour page at the time of booking, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate guest and contact details, arrive on time at the agreed meeting point, and follow the captain’s safety instructions. We may refuse boarding or end a tour early if a guest is intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise puts others at risk. No refund is due in those cases.

Safety and the captain’s authority

The captain has final authority over the route, itinerary, and whether it is safe to proceed. Conditions on the Adriatic can change quickly. We may adjust the plan, delay departure, or cancel a tour when safety requires it.

Liability

We take reasonable care in providing tours with insured vessels and experienced captains. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for personal belongings brought on board. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
