Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure applies only in cases of adverse weather conditions or force majeure. For all other cancellations, standard cancellation fees apply and the deposit is non-refundable.

Weather and force majeure

If we cancel or cannot operate the tour because of unsafe weather or other force majeure events, you may receive a full refund of the deposit or reschedule, at your choice, provided the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before departure.

Guest cancellations

If you cancel for any other reason, the 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not charged if you cancel before the tour. Late arrival or no-show is treated as a guest cancellation.

Email info@splitboattravel.com with your booking details. Cancellations are effective when we confirm receipt.
